West Down website is created for, and run by the residents of West Down, a small village set in the beautiful countryside of North Devon.

Its purpose is to inform the locals of what is going on in this busy village and to tell the world outside what we have to offer.

Stop Press reminder

The Olympic Flame passes through the parish on Monday  - but sadly it will be in a closed vehicle. You can see it being shut away in Knowle at 11.55 & emerging again at Mullacott at 12.08. Shame!!!
